Utah Wildfire Ruled an Accident


 A recent 60 acre wildfire in Utah responsible for burning down three buildings was declared an accident by authorities in that state.

Unified Fire Authority Captain Clint Smith told the Salt Lake Tribune, that the fire was proven to be a mistake made by welders at work. No charges have been filed, and no injuries have been reported.

The fire was first reported at 12:40 pm local time on March 30 in an area near the Salt Lake and Tooele County line. High gusts of wind fed the fire for about two hours, as it pushed across the Interstate 80, to the told the Great Salt Lake Marina, where the three buildings were destroyed.
